Week 33a

Here are some pictures from New Hampshire near our daughter's home.

The first picture is of the Mount Washington on Lake Winnipesaukee, which is a 43000 acre, natural lake, as it docks at Weir's Beach in Laconia.


The next two are views as we are close by.




We love White Birch Trees.  Most of what we have at home are River Birch Trees, which do not compare in beauty.  Notice the stone wall in front of the grove of trees in the last picture.

Trivia...  There are 252539 miles of stone walls in New England (and New York, whcih is just a footnote in the mind of a New Englander).
