If I am not mistaken, David Ceraso has a pair of boots just like these. Now...I could be incorrect, but...
I took the picture at The Country Folks Superstore, which opened during this past year. It is located at the Historic Sawnee Feed Mill, which is on Route 9, north of Cumming, GA at the intersection of Spot Road. Enter 2730 Spot Road, Cumming, GA 30040 into your GPS.
They have everything from Sweet Potato Chips to Guns. Best of all, The staff is fantastic.
Visit them soon and visit them at www.countryfs.com.

Week 33b
This is Profiles Falls, which is about seven miles from our daughter's home in Hill, NH. The first two pictures are different perspectives of the falls. The trail to the falls could be described as a goat trail along the river. There is an easier access on the other side of the river, but not the same view.
Can you see the profile in the picture that is close up? It may be best to click on the photo to enlarge it.
The next picture is of the profile in which I zoomed in on it.

Week 33a
Here are some pictures from New Hampshire near our daughter's home.
The first picture is of the Mount Washington on Lake Winnipesaukee, which is a 43000 acre, natural lake, as it docks at Weir's Beach in Laconia.
The next two are views as we are close by.
We love White Birch Trees. Most of what we have at home are River Birch Trees, which do not compare in beauty. Notice the stone wall in front of the grove of trees in the last picture.
Trivia... There are 252539 miles of stone walls in New England (and New York, whcih is just a footnote in the mind of a New Englander).

Week 33
These pictures were taken on the Marginal Way, which is in Ogunquit, Maine. It goes along the ocean from Perkins Cove to the town of Ogunquit and is a little over one mile in length.
It is a must when in the area. There are benches along the way from which one can sit and enjoy the beauty. After making the round trip, we ate at Jackies Too, another tradition for us.
The water color of the ocean changes at does the weather. Sometimes it is grey and sometimes it is vivid, as it was today. Then there is the in between. Today was unbelievable! The color today is 'as is.'

Week 32
Some days there are very few birds in the backyard and other days, as the case of this morning and yesterday, it seemed as though there was a big reunion.
A few months ago, I posted a picture of a Woodpecker. The one in this post is actually twice the size of the earlier one. The pictures may not show it, due to cropping the photo, The Woodpecker could be the same one from earlier and has grown, although, it has not been around here often. It is about the size of a large Robin.
The backgound sky is not attractive, but it is what it is because on the cloudy day. The picture was taken from 20 feet away and cropped to make it a close-up. Me remote shutter switch is tempermental and not working today.
Here are a few more visitors; a male Cardinal, a Female Cardinal, and a Monarch Butterfly. Also had a few Hummingbirds, A Brown Thasher, A Mockingbird, and many Titmouses.

Week 31
Most pictures of the Methodist Church on Route 20 are probably taken from the parking lot or from the road. This picture is of the steeple of the church and was take from Tower Road, which goes up Sawnee Mountain on the right side of the church.
I have been up there a few times and never noticed the steeple as I was descending. This time as I was looking for something, anything of which I could take a picture, the steeple jumped out at me. I had wildlife on my mind, but...
The key is that I was looking. Last week's pictures were a result of looking for a building the I could take from different perspectives, which is the project for our next photography class.
As a reminder, just click on a picture to enlarge it.
